Job Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field from reputed university.
Experience
- 3 – 6 years of progressive experience in a Systems, SaaS, and Server Admin capacity
- Demonstrated management experience of Azure AD and Office 365
- Near expert level experience developing and/or maintaining a Microsoft Windows Domain
- Certification in Azure Administrator Associate/O365 Administrator/MCSE is a PLUS
Knowledge and Skills
- Microsoft 365 Products and Features, Endpoint Protection, Data Security
- Knowledge on DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Storage, Backup and DR
- Knowledge on ticketing system or Managed Service business model is a major plus
