Job Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, from reputed university.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience as Dynamics365 administrator.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to execute Dynamics CRM system configurations and customizations, create/update out of the box workflows, and solution management
- Self-managed and motivated individual with strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
- Expertise in designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based solutions.
- Good Understanding of CRM flows, views, business processes and also design and configure changes to workflows, reports, dashboards, database fields and screens
- Knowledge of service center processes and workflows
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Risk management and contingency planning
- Ensures quality and maintains performance of deployed solutions
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
