Job Requirements

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, from reputed university.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience as Dynamics365 administrator.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to execute Dynamics CRM system configurations and customizations, create/update out of the box workflows, and solution management
  • Self-managed and motivated individual with strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
  • Expertise in designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based solutions.
  • Good Understanding of CRM flows, views, business processes and also design and configure changes to workflows, reports, dashboards, database fields and screens
  • Knowledge of service center processes and workflows
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Risk management and contingency planning
  • Ensures quality and maintains performance of deployed solutions
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
